All our courses can be tailored and bespoke to meet the needs of your service, or service users that you support.
Conflict Resolution and Breakaways
This course can be tailored with the adding or subtracting of any specific disengagement or breakaway techniques that you require accompanied by the appropriate theory modules.
Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA)
All our courses can be tailored and bespoke to meet the needs of your service, or service users that you support.
Any of the techniques of theory modules can be added or subtracting, depending on you requirements.
Some organisations may only require low level interventions, such as standing holds and seated deesacaltion, while others may require higher level interventions along with floor restraint. Both supine and prone can be added or subtracted as requested.
UKPOD work and NG-Tube Feeding can also be an option if required.
PMVA Refresher
The content covered on your refresher training course will reflect what you have previously covered on your initial PMVA training course.
If you have not completed an initial PMVA course with us, please discuss with us what it is you wish to cover on your refresher training.
All learners will be required to provide a certificate that they have attended an initial PMVA Training course in the last 12 months.

Jordan Rosser - GSA Licensed Trainer

With 12 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Jordan has worked in various settings, including forensic mental health services and secure units for both male and female patients. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse and General Services PMVA Tutor, he has delivered over 2,000 hours of training across the UK. Jordan's hands-on experience and dedication to creating a supportive learning environment ensure that all learners are well-prepared for their roles.
Our Credentials
All Evolve PMVA tutors are Grade A certified GSA PMVA instructors. Our rigorous training standards include a three-week intensive GSA Tutors Course, annual refresher training, and certifications in Emergency First Aid at Work.
Additionally, all our tutors hold a Level Three Education and Training qualification, ensuring the highest level of instruction.
